Feed your mycelium a balanced diet and help train it to prefer sorghum sugars for faster/stronger grain colonization. This concentrate comes from sorghum syrup which has been processed into a dry powder. This is the main sugar nutrient in our sorghum based premixes. By cultivating your mycelium on sorghum based sugars from start to finish, you train the mycelium to recognize the sugars and remember the enzymes they will need to digest these sugars. Mycelium have an amazing ability to store some of this information in their genetic memories where in future generations the mycelium can access some of the knowledge of enzymes used in their genetic history.

Use rates

We recommend you use our sorghum syrup concentrate at a rate of 2g/liter in agar media and 1.5g/liter in liquid media.
