Instructions

• Just add a magnetic stir bar and water to your liquid culture bottle with the contents of this package
• Stir for until dissolved
• Tighten your jars lid until it is finger tight, then loosen 1/4 turn
• Place in pressure cooker
• After Placing in pressure cooker, cook at 15psi for 30 minutes.
• Do not allow the pressure release to rock violently the entire cycle, keep at a low rock in order to avoid caramelization of the sugars.
• The packaging and sticker on this single use packet is fully compostable, but is best composted in your green city compost bin.
